Eliminate income tax
Federal government can be funded by sales tax.
Not to mention the idea of taxing someone's earnings is completely ridiculous if you really think about it,
With Sales/consumption tax, everyone pays. No one can get out of paying taxes unless they live naked under a bridge, eating dirt.
Make people work for government services.
Meaning, you have to contribute to society in order to take from it.
This means mandatory community service (or national service) in order to receive any government benefits.
If you want education, medical services, food, whatever, volunteer in your community or join the military (or any other federal service) in order to earn those services that you are getting.
If you don't want or need any assistance from the government then you can go about your business.
